As a journalist, trainer and coach, Barbara Maas supports media professionals in digital transformation. She loves innovation, serious play and enjoys team dynamics.
She conducted her first interview in 2006 at ‘Westfälische Nachrichten’ in Münster. and discovered ‘New Work’ and Digital Leadership in 2013 whilst being at the helm of the shz.de newsdesk in Flensburg
Between 2018 – 2020, in her role as product owner at the HHLab of mh:n Medien and NOz Medien, she practiced design thinking and agile methods.
